Notice of Upcoming World Championships
It is with great pleasure that the Organizing Committee for the First UITF Sanctioned World Championships announces that the Grand World Taekwon-Do Championships has been committed and will be hosted in Florida, USA During July, 2012.
All ITF System Taekwon-Do Practitioners regardless of affiliation are invited to compete and/or officiate at rank. At the behest of Grand Master Hwang Kwang Sung and the Organizing Committee, Competition Rules and Regulations along with the Taekwon-Do techniques themselves will be performed as they were performed and taught by General Choi Hong Hi before his passing. We request all competitors and officials honour the General by practicing the Taekwon-Do he spent his life perfecting. The Grand World Taekwon-Do Championships have been scheduled to run four days of competition with a day of rest to ensure a stress free and enjoyable Championships for all.
